She has held senior leadership roles at global firms, providing insight-driven solutions and fostering collaboration across diverse teams. A founding member of a Women in M&A network and an active mentor, Katie is passionate about empowering future leaders and promoting inclusive practices. Having lived in Colchester for more than two decades, she is deeply connected to the local community and committed to supporting the school’s strategic vision and ensuring robust accountability as a governor.
