Learning doesn’t only take place in the classroom at St Mary’s. Pupils take part in a huge number of visits, clubs and activities. They are all designed to increase their understanding of the world and introduce them to new skills and interests.
Clubs
We already have a huge variety of clubs on offer at the Lower School, from orchestra and book club to various sports clubs, taking place before, during and after school. These include a number of free clubs as well as clubs run by specialist external providers, covering a wide variety of themes to cater for the different interests and passions of the girls.
St Mary’s Activities in School Holidays (SMASH)
Our hugely popular holiday club, SMASH, runs during school holidays for St Mary’s Lower School pupils. Activities on offer range from creative arts and music, to STEM Lego and Forest School. Following parent feedback, from September, brothers of St Mary’s pupils will also be able to attend our holiday club.
