Mr Faith joins St Mary’s with a strong record of inclusive, values-led leadership and a deep commitment to empowering young people to thrive academically, personally and socially. He has held several senior leadership roles and joins the school from Ibstock Place, an Excellent-rated independent school for pupils aged 4–18, where he served as Deputy Head (School Improvement and Standards).
