Mr Faith joined St Mary’s as Principal in 2026, bringing extensive senior leadership experience from his work in leading schools in London, including previously serving as Deputy Head at a high-performing London independent day school.
He has held senior leadership responsibilities with oversight of whole-school standards, teaching and learning, and pastoral provision. His leadership has been characterised by a clear focus on academic ambition, high-quality teaching, and a strong commitment to the development of the whole child.
Mr Faith is a qualified Team Inspector for the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI), giving him a deep understanding of school quality, compliance, and the delivery of excellent educational provision. He holds the National Professional Qualification for Executive Leadership (NPQEL) and a Level 7 Senior Leadership Apprenticeship (Distinction).
He is also a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Educators, reflecting his wider engagement with the education sector and commitment to professional excellence.
