I am now a consultant for a high-end niche merchant as well as a training provider for a small hotel chain. In addition, I manage to squeeze in the occasional judging on international wine awards, lecturing on wine, invigilating GCSE exams and sitting on a couple of committees for a Livery Company in the City of London.
